About me
I'm Dani-a registered nurse, yoga teacher, fitness instructor, and wellness specialist. I have spent the last 10+ years navigating traditional western medicine and holistic approaches to wellness for myself and patients.
I was exposed to alternative modalities and holistic health through my work as a hospice nurse. The concept of treating the whole person is something that resonates deeply with me and has influenced my life in profound ways. I then transitioned to ICU and worked as a critical care nurse during the covid 19 pandemic where the complexities of health and well being became abundantly clear. I suffered severe burnout and moral injury requiring years of recovery. In the process of healing I looked deep within myself, dismantled some less than productive identities and patterns and have returned to my first love; wellness.
I have a bachelors degree in human biology exercise science and am fascinated and inspired by the human body. Over the last 5 years I have integrated the complexities of physical health with the cognitive and psychological factors that contribute to our wellbeing.

evidence suggests 79% of millennial and genZ employees have left a job related to mental health concerns. Facilitating a workplace wellness program is a proven determinant in employee tenure that addresses turnover. Traditional corporate wellness initiatives focus on assessments, measurements, and employer cost reduction. This is not lost on the employees. Wellness cannot be a prescriptive blanket thrown over the entirety of your staff. Wellness is founded on the expression of one’s individual wholeness and life experiences or circumstance.
As an employer we will work together to create a workplace wellness structure that is as unique as your company and the people who dedicate their time to your collective cause. All programs will be founded in the philosophies and practices proven to facilitate behavior change, improved wellbeing, thus employee satisfaction.
yoga and mindfullness
Whether you’re an avid yogi or always wanted to give yoga a try, we will embark on a journey to explore and practice the ancient philosophy that is yoga. There are many aspects of yoga, only one of which being asana or postures. We will explore the asana element of yoga and dip into the yogic way of life that if implemented in small ways can transform your mind, body, and spirit.
I prefer the term movement. Our bodies are meant to move and we all have limitations, whether it be time, disability, pain, fear, or fatigue. We can work together to create a movement program that is enjoyable and provides the expansive benefits exercise has on our mind and body.
nutrition consultation
Food is confusing! Reading labels is hard and making “smart” or “healthy decisions” continues to get more difficult. We will explore ways to implement nourishment and meals that work for your lifestyle, improve physical wellbeing, and address health concerns you may have.

I’m an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming professional. I take clients post surgery, assist with pain management, mobility, body awareness and more.
