Here, sweat, laughter, and a little weirdness are always encouraged. Come as you are, move how you want, and find your own kind of strong.
I’m Dani—nurse, yoga teacher, wellness mentor… surrounded by unfinished projects and laundry begging to be folded. After years in healthcare (and a lifetime of feeling a little off-center), I offer fitness and yoga programs for anyone who’s never quite fit the mold or just wants to find wellness with a community that feels as bold and colorful as they are.
I have specialized training in the female body and the unique stages of life we experience. (prenatal, post partum, perimenopause and menopause)

Pregnancy Survival Guide
A month by month program designed to help birthing people navigate each trimester. Until the 1970s, it was medically recommended that pregnant persons do not participate in vigorous activity (defined as HR greater than 140-if you are or have been pregnant you know your HR could get this high just going up the stairs!) during pregnancy. This recommendation was not based in any research or evidence. This recommendation has since been recalled and now it is generally considered SAFE and RECCOMENDED for prenatal folks to exercise with modifications and clearance from their doctor. Physical activity during pregnancy improves birth outcomes and reduces chances of complication by ______.
Here’s the thing though; what is safe? how do you modify? why do you modify? and what can you expect from your rapidly changing body?
This program is grouped into 4 trimesters and Monthly intervals that support the changes you are likely experiencing in REAL TIME.
